You know that client you have who's an idiot?

He's right. The complainer? She's right. Have you ever heard that saying that "a leading cause of divorce is a real estate transaction"? In fact, there is a beautiful home down the street from me. The owners knocked down the old house, build a fantastic new craftsman style home and 3 months after move-in, it's sold. Divorce!

My point is that as a Realtor we have to develop the ability to be the space for the myriad of emotions brought on by selling a house. And our reaction is so critical. Read this post from Seth; he says exactly what was on my mind today.
