Are you a GOOD Realtor? My guess is yes; most everyone scraping by is GOOD. You passed the test, you can work with contracts and forms, you can "do the transaction"...you're GOOD. This also means you're on your way out of the business, because being good is rarely good enough. I talk to my students a lot about becoming world class and this morning read a quote by Helen Pastorino in REALTOR Magazine that served as a great reminder: "these days, the advice is the value and the execution of the transaction is the side bar.". I couldn't agree more. Real estate is knowledge based work and I wonder...are you willing to do the hard work of being world class?
