I've lost count of how many times I've said "good is not good enough anymore" to an audience of Realtors.
Over and over again, agents hear of the 80/20 rule. In terms of income available in the industry, that means that 20% of Realtors (the Great ones) earn a whopping 80% of it! Conversly 80% of the industry (the Good ones) fight over the 20% of dollars left. And we wonder why agents are always struggling to protect their commissions! Regular readers know I refrence Seth a bunch and it's nice to see someone outside the industry make the point in a different way.
I do know this. Our S.M.A.R.T. Program graduates, who make it into the Core Values Club and work for an extra year to permanantly install those learned skills, and who come to the Master Sales Event, are in my mind well on their way to being one of the Great Ones.
