How many Realtors to screw in lightbulb?

...Six but we'll take five. HA HA, very funny, right?! Are you thinking of your marketing this year? I am and I guess that's why I wanted you to see this post from my favourite blogger on the compact fluorescent lightbulb. I know one agent in Dallas who plans to use them as a thank you gift for referrals and such. Neat idea because it's related to our industry and tells a story about the agent at the same time. I'm replacing 4 bulbs in my house today. Gotta do something to counter all those flights I'll be taking this year!
