Who sets your agenda?

Most Realtors would answer that question: "I do." Yeah right! A more honest answer would be, "My cell phone and my email set my agenda". Working our SmartWeek as Floyd teaches us is simple but not always easy. It's nice to see a reminder that everyone (not just Realtors) stuggles with time control. One of my favorite bloggers, Seth Godin, posted this morning and reminded me that as Realtors we enjoy the ability to control our own schedule. But with that comes the responsibility to always descern between the urgent and the important. If you're not prospecting when you're busy, you won't be!

And to my students, if you need it, do this:

Hold up left arm

Smack forearm with right hand back and forth

Repeat out loud - "No one slaps me around anymore!"
